Congratulations to Transition Year students Magdalena Atarzyk, Tanvisri Sirigneedi and Cassie Rushe who won the ‘Core Values’ award at the regional finals of the FIRST LEGO League Challenge in TUS Athlone. The FIRST LEGO League Challenge is a global STEM programme for teams of young people, to encourage an interest in real world themes and develop key skills. Thanks to Mr Seoige Mac Craith for mentoring the girls towards their great achievement.
