We would like to pass on our congratulations to the Leaving Cert class of 2019. Mr. Casey and Ms. Beades were very proud to greet students on the morning of Tuesday August 13th, when the girls returned to the school to receive their results. 50% of the cohort received over 400 points, with 20% achieving over 500 points. The results achieved across the board were fantastic and were the culmination of focus and drive from the girls themselves, support and encouragement from parents and guardians and continued commitment from school staff.
An evening of celebrations followed, on Tuesday August 27th at the Shamrock Lodge Hotel, as the girls gathered for their Graduation Ball. It was lovely for the girls, their families, friends and teachers to come together before the next big chapter begins. We would like to thank Mr. Paddy McCaul and his staff for hosting the event and for welcoming the girls so warmly.
We thank each girl for the contributions they have made to the academic, spiritual, artistic and sporting life of the school over the past six years. Go n-éirí an bóthar libh.
