Congratulations to fifth year Aoife Healy who has been invited to join the Connacht U18 hockey squad for the upcoming interpros. Aoife plays hockey with the school and with Athlone Hockey Club, and was a member of the U16 Connacht squad while still only in third year. She has participated in two training camps abroad, in Malaga and in Barcelona.
Also, Liberty McGovern from TY and second year Aine Gallagher have been selected for the Connacht U16 squad – a well deserved honour as the two girls have performed consistently well for school and club.
