We are immensely grateful for the financial support already secured from our Trustees, the School, and through a generous legacy gift from Sr. Christopher RIP, in addition to significant grant secured through the Department of Education and Skills School’s Capital Programme, which has collectively already secured €1.3 million towards the cost of the new facilities.
During the Campaign, we will be inviting every member of the Bower community to join us in delivering this important project – through a community effort of fundraising initiatives and securing donations at various levels we can achieve our ambitious plan. To find out more about the project, read our Campaign Brochure here.
We are now asking for the support of our entire school community, to raise the final €900,000 to reach our target to deliver this project. With construction scheduled to commence in February 2022, we hope that you will join us in delivering this transformational project for current and future generations of Bower girls.
To pledge your support for our project, please complete and return the Pledge From, which is available to download here. If you wish to donate by Standing Order, please complete and return the Standing Order form, available to download here.
Please note, as a registered charity with CHY 2 status, Our Lady’s Bower is eligible to claim tax relief.
All donations over €250 from PAYE or self-employed taxpayers in Ireland allow Our Lady’s Bower to claim an additional tax benefit at a blended rate of 31% on the gift.
For example, a gift of €250 is worth €363 to the campaign; a gift of €1,000 is worth €1,449, and a gift of €5,000 is worth €7,246.
