Congratulations to 5th year Isabelle Clarke, who had great success on Saturday February 9th, when she took part in the ‘East of Ireland Fencing Open’ hosted by UCD. This is one of six senior fencing events in Ireland and saw 28 fencers from 12 countries in attendance.
Isabelle placed 1st on the day and as a result is now ranked No.4 for Senior Women’s Epee in Ireland and No.1 at Junior and Cadet level. This fantastic performance has secured her place to represent Ireland on a team of fencers which will travel to the Five Nations Competition, to be held in the U.K. later this year.
