The OLB Senior Gaelic team had a strong win against Meán Scoil Mhuire, Longford on Friday, November 18th, in their second fixture of the season. The side is now competing in a higher division, thanks to last year’s Leinster Final win.

The victory was the result of a great team performance. There were exceptional displays of skill in defence and trojan work in mid-field, linking up play. Tracking back and covering by all players combined with some really impressive scoring.

The girls await the outcome of the fixture between Mercy Secondary School, Ballymahon and Meán Scoil Mhuire to see if they progress in the competition.

Well done to all on a brilliant, combined performance. This Senior squad of player show great skill and team spirit.
