Congratulations to past-pupils Bianca Munteanu, Caoilin Farrell and Hannah Duffy who were recipients of the 2023 UCD Astra Scholarships. These entrance scholarships are presented to first year UCD students, who achieve in excess of 560 points in their Leaving Certificate examinations. The girls received their scholarships at an awards ceremony held in UCD on Friday 1st March. Bianca, Caoilin and Hannah join a long list of Our Lady’s Bower students, who have received university entrance scholarships from Ireland’s top universities this year. Throughout their time at Our Lady’s Bower, Bianca, Caoilin and Hannah demonstrated an immense passion for learning and their attitudes have undoubtedly contributed to Our Lady’s Bower being once again named as top feeder school in the Midlands this year, with 100% of the Leaving Cert class of 2023 progressing to 3rd level education. All at Our Lady’s Bower are very proud of Bianca, Caoilin and Hannah on their achievement, and wish them the very best with their university studies.
