Girls with Mr CaseyOur Lady’s Bower was very proud to nominate 5th Year Niamh Irwin and 2nd Year Niamh Jordan for the 1st Annual Westmeath Garda Youth Awards. The awards celebrate outstanding young people, who by their presence make their communities a better place to live or have shown great determination in their own lives. The girls, along with their families, friends and Deputy Principal, Ms Anne Beades attended an awards ceremony on Thursday January 17th at the Sheraton Hotel, where they received well-deserved recognition for their achievements. Both girls were among 16 nominees shortlisted for the final Award night for the Westmeath Division, held at the Mullingar Park Hotel on the 7th of February 2019. Well done to both girls on such a fantastic achievement.
