The highlight of Transition Year so far for many students must be the three days spent together in the Outdoor Activity Centre near Westport, Co. Mayo. The girls set off for the centre by train and during their stay engaged in a wide variety of activities which included surfing in the Atlantic Ocean, orienteering, archery and climbing. The girls were accompanied by organiser Ms O’Regan, Ms Hand and Mrs Kathleen Brady.
